It can be a problem you are aware of from a team that you are a fan of, something you heard about in the news, or something you read about in this course. Just make sure it is a fairly common issue that at least two sport organizations have faced. From there, compose a short paper that addresses the following critical elements:
• Identify at least two organizations that have dealt with the problem or issue you selected.
• Explain the nature of the issue and describe the decision-making style used by each organization.
• Evaluate the approach of each organization.
• Explain which organization had the best results and why.
