The Metro City Transit System (MCTS) is made up of the red line and the blue line. The red line has five cars and averages 355 passengers per run. The blue line has six cars and averages 496 passengers per run. Solve parts a. through c. to determine which line is more deserving of an additional car.

a. Determine the relative unfairness of the apportionment if the additional car is given to the red line. The relative unfairness is (Round the final answer to three decimal places as needed. Round all intermediate values to four decimal places as needed.)
