Prepare a research proposal on media technologies and techno-solutionism (think datafication, AI, algorithms, etc.). How does our focus on media as materialities and infrastructures contribute to our understanding of media in society today? The proposal should include:
- The field that the research would contribute to (including some previous research review);
- The idea of the research (about what? what seems to be missing in the previous research?);
- The aim of the research (what for?);
- The object of analysis (what and who will be studied?);
- The research questions;
- The methods (how to answer these questions, which tools will be helpful);
- The theories (how to explain or interpret the findings)
