Recruitment and Retention Strategies for Younger Generations in the Workplace

 

 

In this opinion entry, you will respond to the prompt question:
Recruitment and selection are critical processes for most organizations. In this entry, explain the following questions (1) What are ways organizations can attract and recruit younger generations (e.g., Gen-Z)? (2) How can organizations improve their success in retaining young workers?
In responding to the prompt questions, you must clearly establish your thoughts about the topic you are responding to. In addition, you MUST utilize a minimum of three external sources (non-text, non-lecture slides) to support your position. Your answers should be thorough and descriptive.

The format of the paper should be developed as a narrative essay containing an introduction, body, and conclusion. The introduction should introduce what you are going to discuss (e.g., the topics, and the orientation of the topic in answering the prompt question) in the paper. The paper should be no longer than one page and a half, single-spaced, using either 10-point or 12-point font (approximately 1,000 to 1,500 words).
