Antecedent factors that affect work and retirement in later adulthood

Describe two antecedent factors that affect work and retirement in later adulthood.
Two of the many factors that influence work and retirement for later adulthood are a person’s finances and a person’s health. A person has to be able to afford to take care of themselves and their responsibilities to determine if they can retire. An individual’s health is a key component to work and retirement in later adulthood. Health is a key component in any stage of life. It is truly a determining factor of what a person can and cannot do. A person that is in good physical and mental health will work longer than the person that does not have good physical and mental heath. The better a person finances the more likely they are to retire earlier than the person who is poor.
Explain how these factors positively or negatively influence resilience in late adulthood.
A positive factor if a person is in good physical and mental health is the have more stamina to work. Which for the negative is the opposite they do not have the stamina they need to continue.
