For this benchmark assignment, you will be preparing an essay for two audiences. First, you will be addressing the public relationships department with the local university. Secondly, you will also be addressing university leaders who have been busy as of late articulating action plans in assessing the progress of the local state college. The goal of this essay will be to articulate steps that the public relations department must take to communicate the assessment results that the institution has been gathering. The purpose of this work is to reflect on both the advantages of bringing this communication to fruition and the institutional advantages of taking these steps moving forward. Your work should include the following.

· Component 1: Introduction to the concept of communicating assessment results.

· Component 2: An exploration of the PR advantages for having good communication regarding these details.

· Component 3: An exploration of the institutional advantages of gathering this data and communicating it with internal and external publics. Identify any other important conclusive information that would be important to the ongoing development of new and continuous improvement options for the university you work with.

You will use the text as your guide, but you will also use outside research. Your essay should be 1850- words and should include at least four (4) citations. The sections should be clearly marked with headings so that your instructor knows which points you are addressing. Follow the guidelines for APA writing style. The title page and references page do not count towards the minimum word amount for this assignment.
