For this assignment, you will create a six-slide PowerPoint presentation exploring technical proficiency and time management. Making a PowerPoint presentation is a good opportunity to increase your technical proficiency skills because Microsoft PowerPoint is the leading slideshow presentation software. It is a useful tool for conveying ideas, presenting information, and showcasing media.
In presentation software, the slides are the visual component with only a few words, bullet points and an image that reflects the main point or idea. The speaker notes contain your audio or spoken content that expand upon the slide content. Speaker notes are not placed on the slide itself but in the designated area for speaker notes beneath each slide.
Note: The speaker notes for each slide should contain a minimum of 100 words.
You are also expected to use some of the design features within PowerPoint by applying a design theme to your presentation. Simply using black/color text on a white background is not an acceptable choice of design theme.
Once you have created your presentation using PowerPoint, you will need to take a screen shot of each slide, including the visible speaker notes. Paste the screen shots (in order) into a Word document. Save the Word document as a PDF file (with your speaker notes visible) and submit the PDF
