Description of your company:EM Tech Cybernetics is an online retailer creating waves in the high-tech market. Since relocating to a larger office space, Endashaw Melaku’s startup has expanded rapidly in the past year. EM Tech Cybernetics, staffed by 30 people, is an internet retailer focusing on consumer electronics and related products. Smartphones, computers, gaming accessories, and smart home gadgets are just some of the many things that the company sells.
Storefront on the World Wide Web In the cutthroat world of high technology, EM Tech Cybernetics has emerged as a significant player. The company has expanded rapidly in the previous 12 months thanks to its unwavering dedication to its clientele. EM Tech Cybernetics has a strong foundation for future expansion because of its talented personnel and extensive product line. Whether you want to upgrade your smartphone or outfit your home with the latest intelligent technology, EM Tech Cybernetics has you covered.
Roles and assigned team members: As the Software Development Team Lead at EM Tech Cybernetics, it is my responsibility to oversee the work of the software development team. For example, you may oversee the development of the company's website, online storefront, and other apps (Wu et al., 2019). I will work closely with my colleagues to meet the businesses and customers’ demands.
I will work closely with the lead project manager within the PMO's steering committee. Participating in the software's development with other stakeholders and providing input will increase confidence that it will meet the needs of the business. One of my prominent roles as software development team lead will be ensuring the project stays on schedule and within its allotted budget. In order to succeed, I need to work closely with the rest of the team to design and develop software that meets the needs of the business without going over budget or running behind on time. I must use my project management and organizing skills to overcome this challenge. My ability to work well with my teammates is crucial to the team's success (Kerzner,

2019). In addition, I will need strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate successfully with team members such as the project manager, chief information officer, and CEO.
Maintaining the security of the software systems is another major obstacle I must overcome. EM Tech Cybernetics is an organization that conducts business exclusively in the digital sphere. Thus, it will process highly confidential information such as customers' names and credit card numbers (Mikkelsen, 2021). I will check to see that the software was developed with security in mind and is compatible with modern data encryption standards. I will need an in-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices to overcome this challenge. Working closely with the Cybersecurity Specialist is essential when creating secure software applications. I will have to watch for possible security breaches and intervene accordingly.
I will lead the team that develops new software products at EM Tech Cybernetics. I must be highly organized and possess solid project management skills to ensure the program is developed efficiently and rapidly. I will also need a firm understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals to ensure that the software applications are built with security in mind. I will contribute to EM Tech Cybernetics’ continued growth and success in the cutthroat e-commerce sector by collaborating closely with the rest of the team.
