The following articles below discuss the use of the metric and US measuring systems. Choose one of the articles. Write a 500-word minimum summary of the article you read and relate it to your experiences and observations in using the US customary and metric measuring systems.
2) Discussion Board 2: Finding helpful websites
Find a website that could be useful to you and your classmates in this class (Linear Equations, Formulas, and Proportions). Post a link to the website and explain in two paragraphs (300 word minimum) on how to navigate the site and its usefulness.
3) Discussion Board 3: Math and My Career
Do some research to find an example of how you may need math in the future in the career you are going into (Project Management). Site the source that you found information whether it is a website, book, or program instructor. Your initial post should be at least three full paragraphs ( 500-word minimum).
4) Discussion Board 4: Advice to Future Students
Write a letter to a future student of this class. This could include things you found helpful, ways you stayed on track, ways you got help, things you might not have realized right in the beginning, etc., etc. Whatever you think would help someone taking a class online and specifically this class (Technical Math). Write a minimum of four paragraphs, minimum of eight sentences each paragraph. (600-word minimum)
