2. Describe a situation you experienced when this leadership style was practiced by you or another person.
3. In your analysis, answer these questions. How does the selected leadership theory apply to the situation? What
characteristics described by the theory can be applied to the situation and the individuals involved who contribute to
leadership effectiveness?
4. Discuss how you can develop your leadership and improve performance of followers.
