This tool was initially developed January 2009 for use with two faculty development programs:

an intersession module on Educational Technology for the Educational Scholars Program of the Academic Pediatric Association; and the application process for ADAPT (Any Day Any Time Teaching) at the University of Texas Medical Branch.
