Business model and strategic intent

The case, which is different for every class, will be analyzed through a strategic CSR framework. The analysis will address which aspects of the company
1) Business model and strategic intent (value creation process), including the vision, value, mission. For this entry you can use the business canvas model
below, just make sure for each section you label it and then below write a short paragraph explaining the business model. Also, while not on the business
canvas, you should explain the core competencies for Sullivan (giving you a total of 10 categories). Make sure you use a tool, such as Porter’s generic
strategy (recommended), or Boston Consulting Group Matrix, or something that contains a market position.
2) Stakeholder network who is in Sullivan’s stakeholder network, and what possible values do they share with Sullivan? Remember these values need to align
with the business model. Prioritize stakeholder interests, using the three criteria.
3) Resources constraints, there are three resources constraints, name they and how they can limit strategic CSR initiatives.
4) Strategic shared value proposition what are the multiple SCSR initiatives that Sullivan can undertake, name four to five different ideas. For example, the
shared value in the NFL Pink Ribbon Campaign was woman not feeling included in NFL games, football players having loved ones effected by cancer with the
NFL’s need to increase their fan base.
5) Recommendations. Which ones shared values propositions, would you recommend Sullivan undertake.
