Paper instructions:
You must structure your plan using the “Health Impact Pyramid” approach
• You should have at least one intervention targeted to each level of the pyramid.
• Your plan should be evidence-based, drawing on the material from the class lectures and the articles we discussed in our sessions, as well as appropriate additional literature that you find through your own research.
• You may select any interventions you believe appropriate at each level of the pyramid, but you must have at least one intervention for each of the 5 levels.
