“Apples to apples” comparison

Review a student digital portfolio. How will you know the situation that exists before implementing the plan? How will you know the impact your plan had once implemented? Consider these questions then draft a pre-/post-assessment questionnaire to accompany your technology plan. Ensure that it includes instructions, qualitative items, and quantitative items.
Understand that this assessment is an assessment of your technology plan’s effectiveness. This means that the pre-assessment would be used to collect baseline data of your organization before the plan’s implementation. Then, the assessment, as the post-assessment, would be used again after the plan is implemented to determine how effective the strategies outlined in the plan were. An “apples to apples” comparison is important, thus the exact same assessment is used twice.
