Nonspecific complaints

Nonspecific complaints are usually associated with multiple body systems. These can include fatigue, weakness, fever, headache, depression, dizziness,
sleep disorders, pain, and weight gain/loss which can all be caused by an array of different medical or psychological conditions. Choose a nonspecific
complaint and decide on a diagnosis that could present with your chosen nonspecific complaint. For example, complaint of fatigue could be related to
hypothyroidism or weight loss could be diabetes.
Brainstorm a real or fictitious patient scenario and write a mini case that describes the assessment done to identify a probable cause of the complaint. Be
sure to include important questions asked on the history, expected physical exam findings, diagnostic testing that helps with the diagnosis and list of
differential diagnoses associated with the complaint. At the end, provide a recap that links the findings of the patient case that led to your selected disease.
