Creating a Data Collection Sheet

Creating a data collection sheet helps the project manager be more efficient when carrying out a quality improvement project. With a data collection sheet, you can easily fill out and organize your data efficiently. A data collection sheet should always be accompanied by a data dictionary. Data dictionaries are used to provide detailed information about the contents of a database, such as the names of measured variables, their data types, and text descriptions. A data dictionary provides a concise guide to understanding and using the data. This assignment includes the creation of a data dictionary and data collection sheet that will be used for your DPI Project in DNP-960A.
