He is a young man that is very professional, punctual and kind to patients etc . It is a great privilege to have him in the company.
He cleans equipment, prepares treatment areas (all functions that a PT tech is supposed to do). He is constantly learning and asking questions about injuries, treatments, exercises, evaluations.
He has helped some doctors translate for the patients that only speak Spanish.
He has gone to different clinics to cover for other pt aides when they can not go.(always willing to help)
He even helps in the front desk answering and calling patients to remind them of their next appointment.
