Why do we need to learn how to work as a team with people of different cultures? Please try to use your firsthand experiences or observation in your own professional or working relationships. Q2. In managing professional (e.g., school) or workplace conflicts, in which ways your ways of dealing with conflicts are different from some other people (co-workers, customers, etc.)?
