Complete the following for this assignment:
Brief a background of the company, including their stock market ticker and price for the end of the last four quarters; mission statement, when company
started and when company went public, and who is their CEO.
Provide at a minimum 5 thorough reasons explaining this past year’s performance. Again cite articles for this information, but summarize in your own words.
Use the marketing mix – product – were there any new product offerings and/or strategies, what is their pricing strategies, how did they focus their promotional efforts, and explain any impact the supply chain / distribution had. What was their positioning for their target market?
Now, as a marketing executive, how would you position your company for the next six months? Using the Marketing mix (Product, Price, Promotion, Distribution) provide a plan for these for the next six months. You can also discuss targeting, segmentation and positioning.
Use the discussion board – company for marketing final project – to sign up for one of these companies. Put the company in the subject. If you are doing an individual project, say this company is closed. If you are looking for group members, mention how many open positions for that group. When you reached 2, 3 or 4 (whichever you prefer, say the group is closed) Clear communication with one another is crucial.
