The cases of Paris, Freiburg, Copenhagen and Helsinki all rely on various green strategies to address key urban challenges. Drawing upon these cases, develop a strategy that might be applicable to cities elsewhere (let’s say the US) and how it might be implemented given the differences in the respective planning and governance systems.
