Visit (in-person or electronically) a sport organization or facility and review resources, amenities, employees, etc.
Review who and what is included or excluded through this organization.

What demographics are represented in leadership roles? Service roles?
Is the building fully ADA (American with Disabilities Act) compliant?
Are service animals allowed?
What other resources serve to include or exclude other groups?
Example: gyms with children’s facilities, gyms with women’s only sections, nursing rooms, etc.
1. Communicate how the perceived inclusion and/or exclusion of groups can have long-term implications
2. Present suggestions to how the organization/facility can be bettered or how similar organizations/facilities can be more inclusive
