Paper needs to be a personal statement to attend nursing school of Massachusetts college of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. I have always loved taking care of others. started from a very young age.
Growing up I would always take care of my elderly grandmother. I would be the one who would wake up at all of hours of the night to tend to my grandmother. She was a type one diabetic, with high cholesterol and high blood pressure. After constant runs to the ER doctors told us she developed pancreatic cancer and would need around the clock care. Doctors told us she would not live passed her 85th birthday they placed her on hospice and she passed away a few months afterwards.
On top of taking care of my grandmother I also took care of my Father. He has type two diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. He has been having a bunch of health scares lately. He has had a lot of fainting spells and had landed in the ER a few times this past year.
I have always dreamed of being a nurse. I have two children so i had to put my dream on hold to make sure my kids were getting my complete attention. Now that my boys are a little bit older it is time for me to go for my dream.
I have been a nursing assistant since 2009, completed all my pre requisites needed for nursing school because I know that is my dream
