Write a 6- to 8-page, double-spaced paper that compares and contrasts two or three Supreme Court decisions that we have read this semester. The choice of decisions is entirely up to you. Papers should articulate a clear, argumentative thesis about the relationship of the cases discussed, preferably related to the questions of institutional choice we have focused on in this course.
Details: This is an analytical, not a research, paper. Please do not conduct outside research. Citations should be to pages in the edited versions of cases assigned for class and appear in parentheses following the sentence or paragraph the citation is meant to support
