HR in healthcare has the duty of retaining the good employees they have and hiring new employees that are well suited for the job. In order to make these employees effective in the workplace, HR must give them the proper training and also, employee recognition. Companies usually like to keep the employees they already have, instead of constantly having to hire new employees and train them.
According to Kalyanamitra et al. (2020), it is crucial for the HR department to give their employees the proper training because this will improve their effectiveness in the workplace and increase their commitment to the company. From experience, I know that most, if not all, people do not like to work for a company without the correct training.
