A discursive essay of 2000 words. Choose two of the children’s authors you have studied this semester. Compare and contrast their authorial styles and techniques, for example their use of plot, structure, pace, character, dialogue, voice, setting and imagery. You might also like to discuss how each author builds suspense and creates interest and readability.
