Doing a project to assess the spend of some of the IT value added resellers company is utilizing.
1) What are value adds that IT VARS/Reseller companies should provide?
2) Based off financial data what conclusions can be made on if VAR is good and providing value? What are ways to maximize relationships w/VARS to improve value they add.
3) After seeing what financial spend company does with VAR what conclusions should be made from data if spend is high or low?
4) How should we go about increasing VAR spend to get better discounts?
5) Besides rebates what are other ways to gain financial leverage when using a VAR?
