Sustainable Development Misconception Study

Background: The United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are designed as a framework for all countries—developed and developing—to create meaningful strategies to tackle the world’s most pressing problems. As seen below, SDGs include a wide array of priorities, from addressing pressing environmental issues to improving health and education, reducing inequality, and spurring economic growth. The goals are widely referenced by academics and practitioners interested in the relationship between business, the natural environment, and society.

This assignment will test student knowledge about pressing world-scale social and environmental problems, as well as help students familiarize themselves with the SDGs.
