Imagine you work for a large Fortune 100 or Fortune 500 company in your area. Your company wants to partner with another company that does business in Asia. You are responsible for creating a strategic alliance outline for your supervisor this week in preparation for the pitch to who you hope your alliance will be with. In your outline, you will discuss the terms of the alliance, how both companies will benefit, and how you hope to integrate what your company does with their current operations. Your outline will be a minimum of 500 words. It is not necessary that this document be in APA format; however it must be clear and easy to follow. It will be a comprehensive outline. Present the outline as though it is a final draft for your supervisor.
