You work in the People Area of Splash, an Australian company whose mission is helping everyone to make music so that everyone can become a music producer.
The Company has grown exponentially since the last funding round so that the staff is over 200 employees nowadays. You oversee Selection & Recruitment together with a trainee. The company needs a new Front-End Developer to strengthen the web development area and you will be responsible for finding the right match. The IT manager will help you with the final decision. There are no budget or time constraints but one important condition: the potential candidate will be working with an international team located in 3 different time zones.
