This assignment is worth 100 points (2 page letter to an elected official outlining support for or against a policy program you are interested in). In the letter you must show command over a specific policy that you want the Congress member to address, support or not support. In order to accomplish this end you must use Thomas.LOC (Library of Congress), legislative data base. In the letter you must cite THOMAS, accordingly. You must clearly state reasons for your support or opposition to the policy and you must clearly explain to the Member what you would like to see the Member work on or do regarding the specific issue you are outlining.
