Compile a 5-7 page research project that specifically addresses the following:
Part 1. Provide statistical data for Opioid Use and death rates on the national, state, and local level. Please keep your data specific to Opioid Use, both prescription and illegal opiates. (minimum 1/2 page single-spaced)
Part 2. Identify full contact info including agency name, physical location, phone number for 5 opioid treatment centers in our service area. Provide a brief description of the types of services provided and the treatment modalities employed by EACH of the providers.

Part 3. Describe the evidenced-based treatment recommended for Opioid Use Disorder. Students may incorporate information previously used in the course for Discussion Forums and Quiz Bonus discussions, interviews with treatment provider or person in recovery from opioid use disorder. (minimum1-2 pages single-spaced)
Part 4. Analyze the current Opioid Crisis and current efforts in our area to address this crisis locally, including community education and prevention measures. Students may incorporate information previously used in the course for Discussion Forums and Quiz Bonus discussions, interviews with treatment provider or person in recovery from opioid use disorder (minimum2-3 pages single spaced)
Part 5. Based on the learning from this research project, provide a reflection of your concluding thoughts on the future of the Opioid Crisis in our area. Are existing approaches working? Is progress being made? Can you suggest additional strategies to improve outcomes? (minimum 1/2 -1 page single-spaced)
