Part 2: CEOs and Leadership Style
In part two of this assignment, you will search the Internet for four real-world examples of current CEOs that are well-known for embracing specific leadership approaches. You will have a total of four CEOs.

• Provide four current CEOS that are well-known for embracing specific leadership styles.
• Assess how they demonstrate the leadership style you have identified.
• Determine what has changed in organizations’ leadership needs and how that has influenced preferred leadership styles between 2010 and now.
• Evaluate how the management of the workforce has changed as internal company structure has changed from 2010 onwards.
• Why do you think these changes have taken place? Justify your response.
• Evaluate how the intersection of organizational structures, management processes, and the CEO’s leadership style affects a firm’s financial performance.
• Decide if you think leadership is more influential or less influential in today’s flatter, team-based organization. Defend your answer.
• Assess industry leadership’s impact on the overall move toward virtual organizations.
• Due to an increase in recent workforce diversity, determine which leadership styles are better suited to maximize employee satisfaction and workplace productivity.
• Decide what leadership styles are a better fit for one organizational structure versus another.
• Justify whether you think a CEO who has been a servant leader all of their career can change to a Level 5 leadership style. If so, how? Provide an example. Is this a common phenomenon?
• Evaluate where you see your leadership trajectory heading over the next 5 to 10 years. Justify your answer.
