Write an analysis of the developmental behaviors observed in the presentations in light of what you have learned concerning peer status. Compare and contrast the comments and interactions of the students observed related to sociometric popularity and perceived popularity as well peer networks. Then consider how you would promote peer acceptance and positive social skills and interactions within your classrooms. Focus your classroom thoughts on the age group you teach or would hope to teach. Finally consider how our faith and the scripture on which we stand would influence our mentoring of students in social interactions. Use citations and examples from the text and scripture to support your thoughts.
