To demonstrate a strong understanding of these concepts, you will design a detailed lesson plan for a classroom of children between the ages of 0-8 years old.
INSTRUCTIONS Read the Wiggins and McTighe article regarding Understanding by Design and backward lesson planning found on the Lesson Plan Assignment page under Lesson Plan Assignment Resources. Design a detailed lesson plan within the attached template. If your school uses a different template, please contact your professor if you prefer to use that lesson plan format instead. You should plan a lesson for an early childhood classroom utilizing developmentally appropriate curriculum for any age child between 0-8 years of age.
