Saxon Career Values Scale (SCVS)

This week, you are interested in participant perceptions of their careers and so you have developed a 12-item scale, the Saxon Career Values Scale (SCVS)
and collected item responses from 100 working adults. Participants respond on a four-point scale – “0” indicating disagree up to “3” indicating agree. You
are interested in examining the factor structure of your newly developed scale.
