Describe and compare/contrast at least two strategies for each of the following that you could use to help students with disabilities set their personal goals, speak up for themselves (self-advocacy), and make their own educational and lifestyle choices. Examples of strategies include:
a. Teaching self-advocacy and self-regulation skills
b. Assessing students’ use of self-advocacy and self-regulation
c. Collaborating with others to support students’ development and use of their self-advocacy skills
