Earned Value Analysis Presentation

Presentation Content
• Project managers need to be able to identify process improvements, processes to add, and the business value in their project management processes because the components can either make money or lose money based on their cost and return to the company. This consideration is commonly developed through a project process analysis or review.
• The Crosby management team would like you to consult and evaluate the project management processes in terms of how they improve the business value of Crosby. They would like you to present your findings to the management team at their next meeting.
• You will need to complete an earned value analysis (EVA) based on the case and identify the business value components prior to developing your presentation for the management team.
• Create an 8- to 10-slide presentation in which you:
o Identify business values in their project management processes.
o Discuss how the current processes can be adjusted to improve the project outcomes and maximize business value.
o Identify at least 3 additional processes that can be used to improve the earned business value of Crosby.
o Identify other relevant artifacts and resources of project management processes across the project’s life cycle that can affect the business outcomes at Crosby.
• Your presentation should include appropriate graphics, images, and charts for your audience.
