1) The report indicted that substance abuse, and other mental health factors like stress are extremely prevalent among attorneys. Do you think these factors help attribute to prosecutorial misconduct? Why or why not?
2) How do you think substance abuse among attorneys should be addressed? Should all actors (attorneys and judges) be tested for illicit drug use? Defend your answer.
