1. Why are good written and verbal communication skills highly prized by employers?
2. Why do you think that employers feel today’s workforce are not properly equipped with writing or listening skills?
3. Do you consider yourself to be a good listener? Explain.
4. How can you improve your nonverbal skills?
5. Does your employer do enough to improve their communication to their employees? Can they improve? Explain. (If you are currently not working, please reference a past employer).
