Part of this capstone project includes a power-point presentation to faculty. To help prepare you for this presentation post what you feel are the strengths and weaknesses of your study. You have been posting discussions all quarter so your classmates should be familiar with your research. This gives you a chance to get feedback from your classmates on your study before you submit your presentation for faculty review.
To identify specific character traits related to the occupation that may contribute to the underrepresentation of women in law enforcement is particularly relevant, given the slow growth of female officers in this field. However, my plan to use previous studies on police personality and current issues affecting law enforcement is a good starting point for my research.
