Discussing your study's results and findings
My goal to identify specific character traits related to the occupation that may contribute to the underrepresentation of women in law enforcement is particularly relevant, given the slow growth of female officers in this field. However, my plan to use previous studies on police personality and current issues affecting law enforcement is a good starting point for my research.
At this point in the course, you should have some findings for your study. Discuss with your classmates what the primary takeaways or key points of your study.
