Case Conceptualization

Elaborate on the justification for your selected diagnosis through a written diagnostic summary. The summary is part of a full diagnostic report and you will be learning other skills in the program, such as case conceptualization to help you construct a full report as you continue your training. In Part II, you will select a controversial topic from the field of psychopathology and apply your research and critical-thinking skills to take and defend a position on the topic.

• Review the Learning Resources and Diagnostic Summary Examples document to understand how a clinician summarizes and presents findings.
• Select one of the six Diagnosis Templates you completed for the Case Conceptualization Assignments in Module 2 through Module 4 of this course.
