Expanding of a small business

 

You have been hired by a small business that is now expanding to 5 new locations in different cities. This can be any business of your choice, such as a coffee shop, beer/wine store, restaurant, financial services, etc. As the company’s new Operations Manager, you need to formulate a plan for your Process, Quality, Capacity, Inventory, and Supply Chain. (Try and use real suppliers and source them correctly if used).
Show me how your plan increases productivity–use numbers if needed
How will you improve your competitive advantage?
Are there process improvements that should occur as you scale up to improve your product/service or both?
How will you improve the delivery of your product/service or both?
Briefly explain your inventory control methods (Just in Time, etc.)
What system will be used to monitor and control quality and why this system?
This paper will be between 5 and 10 pages, including a separate reference page.
