Highlighting the following:
1. What was the organism, what was its ecological function, and its range?
* Was there a significant impact on the loss to the ecosystem with their organism gone? What filled that void?
2. What efforts, if any, are there to bring this organism back from extinction; or where there any conservation efforts before it was declared extinct?
* You can pick an organism which is thought to be extinct in the wild but not in captivity if thats easier for this.
