Building on your policy paper draft, and incorporating instructor feedback, identify one policy problem that will be exacerbated because of the changing demographics of an increased number of older adults and your suggested solution(s) to solve the problem. Identify a policymaker (e.g., federal congressperson, state legislator, or local official) to direct your solution(s) and write a policy memo (1-2 pages) outlining the problem and your proposed solution(s).
