For your critical reflection, you must exemplify both the successes of the projects;
more specifically, how your employability skills led towards the success and the
barriers you faced and how these were each challenged. The purpose of the report
is to portray your role in the project and what methodologies you used as an
individual to make it a success. It is also an opportunity to critically assess yourself
and emphasise on what changes you would make for the future.
You need to write a descriiption of the
project/programme: the title of the project and the company provider, the objectives
and learning outcomes of the project and what did you have to do and how many
working hours it took to complete. Please note that is necessary to achieve at least 6
hours work.
