Discuss how your work and experience both inside and outside the program will help you to reach your goals. Identify ways in which you will draw on those experiences when interviewing for a new position to market yourself and your expertise. Then, examine your strengths and weaknesses and outline your strategies to leveraging your strengths and addressing your weaknesses.
