3) you must have a references page with appropriate references citations method- it must be in the paper on a separate page at the end. Do not submit two documents-one with the paper and one with references. Do not submit the paper with the references below the last paragraph. Formal writing requires the references to be at the end on a page by themselves with a header – Citations, Works Cited, References.
4 I want to learn what you have learned about the CEO. I want you to share the KSAs the CEO acquired in their life that have made or led them to success as a CEO and the last part of the paper; I want you to cite 3 specific examples you found in your research that show what has made your CEO successful- note these can be good or bad. A successful CEO may have fired all his leadership team and hired a new one- while a negative maybe the new team is more effective. The goal of part 3 is to discover that which makes the CEO successful and then reflect and ask yourself, do you have those skills or could you make the decisions the CEO has made?
