prepare a 5-7 minute presentation for a group of high school students which introduces them to past examples of Earth’s climate and how we know what’s what the climate looked like. In this presentation be sure to address the following:
At least two examples of past climate events on Earth. These examples must be before 1850.
Report on what the climate was like at those times.
Report on why the climate was like it was at these times.
At least two different climatic proxies.
Analyze how they recorded past climate and their relative strengths and weaknesses.
