TheWomens-Coalition-for-the-Abolition-of-Prostitution-Supreme-Court-of-Canada

Read the instructions first then read the article that you are supposed to brief. I attached two additional readings for your aid in answering the questions. Thank you.
Critique the brief submitted by the Women’s Coalition for the
Abolition of Prostitution (https://rapereliefshelter.bc.ca/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Factum-TheWomens-Coalition-for-the-Abolition-of-Prostitution-Supreme-Court-of-Canada-.pdf) in Bedford.
Reflecting on the materials and discussions we have had in the course so far (up to our Week 9
content), you are asked to:
a) offer two separate critiques of the brief that rely on the relationship between race and the antiprostitution movement (as it is explained in our course materials). Be sure to be specific about which
part of the brief you are critiquing and how exactly it conflicts (or does not conflict) with a specific
argument made in our course materials.
b) offer one critique of the brief that highlights the significance and impact of terminology used in the
discourse about sex work (specifically in the brief itself). Be sure to directly address the ways in
which language in the brief is non-neutral and what the terms used say about the perspective
advance in the brief overall.
c) explain any one argument in the brief that is challenged by (i.e. that conflicts with) the narrative
and experience put forward by any person whose personal story we have examined in our course
materials. Please be specific in your explanation of how the argument and the story contradict one
another.
